Touch 'n Go, DuitNow and USDT Deposits: Step by Step for Malaysian Players

Open the M2WIN wallet, choose Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX or USDT, enter the amount and pay from an account in your own name using the exact details and reference shown. E-wallet and bank payments usually credit within minutes; USDT credits after the network confirms the transfer.

Most deposit problems we see come from three small things: paying from someone else's account, leaving out the reference, or sending crypto on the wrong network. This guide walks through each method step by step so the money lands in your wallet first time.

Before you start

  • Use an account in your own name. The name on your bank account or e-wallet should match the full name on your M2WIN profile. Payments from a friend's or family member's account can be held or refused, and the same name rule applies to withdrawals later.
  • Decide your budget first. Pick the amount you are happy to spend on entertainment this week before you open the deposit screen, not after.
  • Choose any promotion before paying. Some offers have to be selected on the deposit screen. If you want to play without turnover conditions, simply leave the promotion box empty.

Which method should you use?

MethodBest forTypical speedWatch out for
Touch 'n Go eWalletSmall, quick top-ups from your phoneMinuteseWallet balance and wallet limits
DuitNowAny Malaysian bank appMinutesTyping the reference correctly
FPXPaying straight from internet bankingMinutesBank session timing out
USDTPlayers who already hold stablecoinsAfter network confirmationsChoosing the right network

Exact minimums and credit times for each method are listed on the banking page and inside your account.

Depositing with Touch 'n Go eWallet

  1. Log in to M2WIN and tap Deposit in the wallet menu.
  2. Choose Touch 'n Go eWallet and enter the amount.
  3. Follow the payment instruction on screen. Depending on the channel, you either scan a QR code with the TnG app or are sent to the TnG payment page.
  4. Confirm the payment in the TnG app with your PIN or fingerprint.
  5. Return to M2WIN. Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed.

If the TnG app shows the payment as successful but your M2WIN balance has not changed after the usual credit time, take a screenshot of the receipt before closing the app. That receipt is the fastest way for support to trace the payment.

Depositing with DuitNow

  1. Choose DuitNow on the deposit screen and enter the amount.
  2. Copy the recipient details shown. These can change, so always use the ones on your current screen rather than details saved from a previous deposit.
  3. Open your bank app, start a DuitNow transfer and paste the details.
  4. Put the reference shown by M2WIN in the reference or recipient-reference field.
  5. Transfer exactly the amount you entered, then keep the receipt.

The reference is how the payment is matched to your account. A transfer without it still arrives, but it has to be matched by hand, which takes longer.

Depositing with FPX online banking

  1. Choose FPX, enter the amount and pick your bank from the list.
  2. You are sent to your bank's login page. Log in as usual.
  3. Approve the payment with the code or app confirmation your bank uses.
  4. Wait to be redirected back to M2WIN before closing the window.

Bank sessions time out after a few minutes. If you are interrupted, cancel and start again rather than approving an old payment request.

Depositing with USDT

USDT is a stablecoin designed to track the US dollar. It is a good option if you already hold it, but it is the least forgiving method when something is typed wrongly.

  1. Choose USDT and check which network is shown: TRC20 (Tron) or ERC20 (Ethereum).
  2. Copy the wallet address exactly. Paste it rather than typing it.
  3. In your exchange or wallet app, select the same network before sending.
  4. Send the amount, keeping in mind that the network fee is charged by the blockchain, not by M2WIN.
  5. Wait for the required network confirmations. The credit amount in MYR is based on the rate shown on the deposit screen.

Important: USDT sent on the wrong network, or to a mistyped address, cannot be recovered by anyone. TRC20 transfers usually cost less in fees than ERC20.

If your deposit has not arrived

  1. Check the time. Allow the normal credit time for the method you used.
  2. Check your bank or e-wallet history to confirm the money left your account.
  3. Contact support by live chat or WhatsApp with your username, the amount, the time and the receipt.

Never send your password, PIN or one-time code to anyone, including someone who says they are from M2WIN. Support only needs the receipt.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Paying a different amount from the one entered on the deposit screen.
  • Reusing old bank details instead of the ones shown today.
  • Paying from an account in another person's name.
  • Choosing a promotion you did not want, and then being surprised by turnover rules. Read the promotion terms first.

Frequently asked questions

Can I deposit from my spouse's or parent's account?

It is best not to. Deposits from an account in a different name may be held for checks, and withdrawals can only ever go to an account in your own name. Keeping both sides in your own name avoids delays.

Is there a fee to deposit?

M2WIN does not add a fee to e-wallet, DuitNow or FPX deposits. Your bank or e-wallet may apply its own transfer limits. For USDT, the blockchain network charges a fee that is paid by the sender.

Why did my deposit amount change slightly with USDT?

USDT is credited in ringgit at the rate shown on the deposit screen when the transfer is confirmed. If you sent the network fee out of the same amount, the coins that arrive are slightly less than you entered in your wallet app.

Can I cancel a deposit?

Once a payment has left your bank or e-wallet it cannot be cancelled from M2WIN. If you paid by mistake, contact support straight away with the receipt; credited funds that have not been played can usually be withdrawn back to your own account after the standard checks.

Do deposits count towards VIP tiers?

Yes. Your monthly deposits are one of the measures used for VIP upgrades, alongside turnover. The VIP page lists the level needed for each tier.

Keep deposits within your limits

A deposit should only ever be money you can afford to lose. If you notice yourself topping up again straight after a loss, that is a good moment to stop for the day. You can set a deposit limit from your account or ask support to set one; our responsible gambling page explains how.

18+ only. Gambling should be entertainment you can afford. Set limits, take breaks and visit our responsible gambling page if it stops being fun.
