What is a turnover requirement?
Turnover is the total amount you must bet before bonus or rebate credit can be withdrawn. A 1x requirement on RM10 of rebate means placing RM10 of valid bets. Each promotion states its own requirement in the terms.
Do I need to opt in to the game rebate?
No. The game rebate is calculated automatically on valid turnover from slots, live casino and sports, and paid into your main wallet without a claim. Only settled bets with a win or loss outcome count.
Can I use more than one promotion at a time?
Rebates run alongside most offers, but some bonuses cannot be combined. The terms on each card say whether stacking is allowed.
Why was my bonus removed?
Bonuses can be withdrawn if the terms are broken, for example by placing fully hedged bets, betting on excluded games or opening more than one account. Contact support with your username if you believe a bonus was removed in error.
