1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to take part in online gaming where you live. You may hold one account only, registered in your own name.

2. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell support straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Payments are made in MYR through the methods on the banking page. Withdrawals are paid only to an account in the account holder's name. We may ask for identity documents before paying a withdrawal.

4. Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion has its own terms, including turnover requirements and excluded games. Bonuses may be removed if those terms are broken, including through hedged betting or multiple accounts.

5. Game results

Results are determined by the game provider's systems and records. In the event of a malfunction, affected bets are void.

6. Responsible gambling

You can set deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude at any time. See the responsible gambling page.

7. Account closure

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will return any remaining balance that is not linked to the breach.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies.
